Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your order, we will be happy to refund the full value of any products (excluding original postage costs).

If you would like to exchange your item and the new item costs less, we will reimburse you with the difference. If the new item costs more, an additional payment will be required. There will be no second postage and packing costs to you for despatch of exchanged goods but there will be additional postage costs for further exchanges.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, your purchase must arrive back to us unworn, in the original condition and packaging and with tags still intact within 21 days from your order date. Any items returned that are not in their original condition will not qualify for a refund and we will be unable to return these items back to you.

In the unusual event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us via email and we will resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Any items that you wish to return will be at your own cost. We take no responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct postage and tracking is used. We recommend returned items are sent using a tracked or signed-for mail service. 



Please send an email to hello@sirluxesocks with details of your order number and the items you would like to return and we will be in touch to assist you.
When returning your items, please ensure that the original dispatch note is enclosed so that we are able to locate the order and issue your refund as soon as possible.

You will be notified via email once the returned items have been received, along with an estimated time-frame for the refund to be processed.
