Where are your socks made?

All of our socks are made in Portugal at a family-run factory just outside of Braga; one of the sock-making hubs of Europe. They have been making amazing socks since 1983 and are absolute experts in their craft. We are proud to be producing all of our socks in Europe. What sizes do you offer?

All sizes specified on the site are in UK men's sizes. All ranges come in 2 sizes, 7-9.5 and 10-12. If you're in between a 9.5 and a 10, we always recommend getting the smaller size, as they will stretch for a better, more comfortable fit.

How do I care for my socks?

Socks really do go through a lot compared to other items of clothing, so it's important that they are as robust as possible to minimise wear and tear. We've worked hard to make sure all of our socks are as durable as they can be! However, there are always things you can do to help improve the life of your socks. We recommend washing at 30 degrees, inside out and with similar colours. Also, please be sure you don't bleach, tumble dry or dry clean your socks.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently offer shipping to UK mainland, Europe and USA. If you spend more than £30 and are shipping to the UK, we will send it to you for free!

How will my order be packaged?

Depending on the size and content of your order will depend on how it is packaged. All individual pairs are carefully packed in a recycled and recyclable branded envelope and wrapped in eco-friendly tissue paper. This ensures your socks arrive to you in mint condition. If you buy a gift box, your socks will arrive in a beautiful embossed gift box which can also be recycled or reused. Check out our gift box sets to see an example.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We'll send you details on how you can track the delivery of your order after it has been despatched.

Do you offer gift messaging?

Yes. We offer free gift messaging on a beautiful branded card which is then handwritten to your specification.


How do I return an item?

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your order you can do so within 21 days. Visit our returns page for more details.
